These product is used in high voltage lines, with good hydrophobic, withstand leakage tracking, and electric corrosion resistant, high anti-bending, and tensile, impact withstand, shockproof, fragile resistant, light weight, easy installation, the mounting sizes of top and bottom match with related porcelain pin insulator, interchangeable.
- Structural Composition
- Glass Fiber Epoxy Resin Pulled Rod: Serving as the core rod of the insulator, it has a very high tensile strength and bending strength. Its tensile strength can reach more than 1000MPa, with a high specific strength, which is about 5 to 10 times that of high-quality carbon steel. It can provide good mechanical support for the insulator.
- Silicone Rubber Umbrella Skirt: Made of silicone rubber material, it has good hydrophobicity, anti-aging property, resistance to tracking and electrical erosion. The design of the umbrella skirt can increase the creepage distance, improve the insulation performance of the insulator. At the same time, it can effectively prevent contaminants such as rainwater and dust from forming a conductive path on the surface of the insulator.
- Fittings: Generally made of hot-dip galvanized cast steel, it is mainly used to connect the insulator with other components such as transmission lines or towers. It has good anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance, ensuring the connection reliability of the insulator during long-term use.

- Lightning Impulse Withstand Voltage: 200kV (peak value), reflecting the insulator's tolerance to lightning impulses. It can withstand a lightning impulse voltage of 200kV without flashover or damage.
- 1min Power Frequency Wet Withstand Voltage: 200kV (effective value), indicating that the insulator can withstand a voltage of 200kV for 1 minute in a wet state during the power frequency voltage test without insulation breakdown or flashover.
