The working conditions
1. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m, the ambient temperature shall be -40/B, and the maximum
temperature of category B shall be +45S
2. There is no violent vibration, no harmful gas and steam, no conductive or explosive dust in the installation
site.
3. The capacitor shall be operated under good ventilation conditions and shall not be operated under closed
and unventilated conditions.

Structural features
1. The capacitor is composed of a box shell and a core. The box shell is made of steel sheet sealed welding. The box shell is welded with a cable outlet porcelain sleeve. The

2. The capacitor core is formed by laminating several components and insulation parts, and the components are formed by winding and flattening the two aluminum foil

Order and use instructions
1. The selection of the rated voltage of the capacitor must be based on the network voltage. Considering that the capacitor input will increase the voltage, when selecting
the rated voltage of the capacitor, it is at least 5% higher than the network voltage. When there is a reactor in series in the capacitor circuit, the capacitor's The terminal
voltage will increase correspondingly with the reactance rate of the reactor in the string, so when selecting the rated voltage of the capacitor, it should be determined after
calculation based on the reactance rate of the reactor in series.
2. A capacitor is a low-impedance channel of harmonics. Under the harmonics, a large amount of harmonics will be injected into the capacitor to make the capacitor
overcurrent or overvoltage. In addition, the capacitor will amplify the harmonic and even cause resonance, endangering the safety of the power grid and making the
capacitor The life is greatly shortened. Therefore, in the case of large harmonics, the capacitor must be used in series with a reactor that suppresses harmonics.
3. The inrush current when the capacitor is closed can reach hundreds of times of the rated current of the capacitor. Therefore, the switch for switching capacitors should
be a switch without heavy breakdown. In order to suppress the inrush current, the reactor can be connected in series to suppress the inrush current.
4. The internal capacitor equipped with a discharge resistor can be reduced from the peak value of the rated voltage to less than 75V within 10 minutes after disconnecting
from the power supply. If it is required to reduce the peak value of the rated voltage to less than 50V within 5 minutes after the power is disconnected, Indicate when
ordering.
5. For capacitors used for line compensation, it is advisable to install 150 ~ 200kvar in one place, and be careful not to install the capacitor on the same stage as the
transformer. Do not use the same group of drops to prevent the possibility of ferromagnetic resonance caused by the incomplete phase operation of the line. Damage to
capacitors and transformers due to over-current, over-voltage.
6. Select a zinc oxide lightning arrester to protect the operating over-voltage. A zinc oxide lightning arrester dedicated to capacitors should be used, and it is best to be
installed between the capacitor poles.
7. Quick-break protection should use capacitor-specific fuses, and the rated current should be selected according to 1.43 ~ 1.5 times of the rated current of the capacitor.
8. When the capacitor is directly connected in parallel with the high-voltage motor, in order to prevent self-excitation when the motor is disconnected from the power
supply, causing the voltage at the capacitor terminal to rise above the rated value, the rated current of the capacitor must be less than 90% of the no-load current of the
motor; When the motor uses Y / wiring, it is not allowed to connect the capacitor directly to the motor, and special wiring should be adopted.
9. When the capacitor is used at an altitude higher than 1000 meters or the capacitor is used in a humid tropical zone, it should be specified when ordering.
